Terms and Conditions
1. Services Offered
DBMC General Trading LLC offers renovation and fit-out services, including consultations, custom project quotes, and work execution. All services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and final agreement.
2. Quotations & Estimates
Quotes provided on the website or via communication channels are non-binding until confirmed by DBMC General Trading LLC in writing.
3. Pre-Payment & Discounts
We offer a discount for clients who choose to prepay a fixed-price deposit on their renovation project.
- The deposit amount will be confirmed in writing.
- This deposit is non-refundable.
- Once the project scope and schedule are confirmed, the deposit will be deducted from the total invoice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If a client cancels after making a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
If DBMC General Trading LLC cannot fulfill the project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either rescheduling or a full refund at our discretion.
5. Liability
We will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, DBMC General Trading LLC is not liable for:
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supplier shortages, force majeure).
- Damages resulting from client misuse, third-party interventions, or false project information.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
